about us
We are Cobb County's Family Pet Care Team!
Who We Are:
A not-so pleasant fact.. not all pet sitters are created equal, nor are they all professional.. but, WE are not just a pet sitter, we are your neighbors, we are pet caregivers. We are licensed, insured, and bonded! When hiring CPS, your pet(s) will be cherished.. as our name implies. We have a team of capable, professional and reliable pet sitters who are CPR and Pet First Aid Certified. You will meet your sitter and their backup sitter prior to them caring for your pet, so no need to worry about sick sitters or missed visits. Please note that no sitter will ever enter your home that you have not previously met and/or approved of beforehand.
Caring for your pet in the comfort of their own home helps to ensure they are content and calm in their normal surroundings instead of an unknown place with unfamiliar animals. It, also, prevents your pet from exposure to potential illness or other health related problems.
We aim to provide you with complete peace of mind while you’re away. With us, you get all the advantages of a professional company with the care and love that you provide.
Your pets are our family too! We love. protect. and nurture! It’s in our nature!

Debbie started out as a sole sitter and established Cherish Pet Services. She began pet sitting in 2014 after her 20+ year career at Kennedy Space Center ended in 2011. This transition allowed her the freedom to care for her ailing mother. She became a full time sitter in 2016 and has built the business into a thriving entity. She has over 35 years experience in the care of many types of pets, small and large and nurtures, protects, and cares for each and every one.

Destiny has 20 years of experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. As a dedicated and compassionate animal lover, she strives to provide each pet in her care with a safe, fun, and loving environment from playtime and feeding, to administering medication and providing emotional support. She provides the same love and affection to others that she gives her own.

Lindsay rescued her first kitties at a very young age and has been drawn to felines since then. Unfortunately, several family members are allergic to kitties so she’s not able to offer any a home. She loves visiting clients kitties to get her time with them. She is our “Crazy about Cats Lady”

Roni has been caring for pets for the past 6 years and is currently in nursing school. She and her partner have 5 rescue dogs – three pits, a chiweenie, and an elder Cane Corso, which keep them on their toes. She still manages time to care for client pets with a calm and giving spirit.

Dani has a house filled with flowers! Her four girls are all named after beautiful blooms, along with her dogs Daisy and Bluebell, and kitties Poppy and Holly. She and her husband have a great admiration for Corgis but loves all animals and encourages their little ones to be tender and care for all creatures.. even the smallest – the ant. What great role models!

Josh has always been an animal lover, but being a husband and father to 3 little ones has put being a pet-Dad on the back burner until recently. Pet sitting gave him his animal “fix” and has afforded him to recently become a proud pet-Dad.
